Abstract:
To provide a technology that can efficiently manufacture a composite sheet on which functional members are arranged and a slit is formed in a base material sheet.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a composite sheet of the present invention includes: a slit forming step of, while conveying a composite sheet intermediate body 40 that is a long-size base material sheet 5 on which functional members 6 are arranged at predetermined positions, intermittently forming slits 5S in a conveyance direction MD in non-arrangement parts of the functional members 6 on the intermediate body 40; and an inspection step of inspecting the slits 5S during the conveyance of the intermediate body 40. The inspection step includes: a step of widening the slits 5S; a step of picking up an image of one face of the intermediate body 40 with imaging means 161 to acquire image data of the widened slits 5S and image data of the functional members 6; and a determination step of determining the quality of the state and positions of the slits 5S based on the image data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
