The composite silicone rubber particles are characterized in that the surface of the silicone rubber particles A is coated with silicone rubber particles B having a smaller particle size than the silicone rubber particles A, and the method for producing the silicone rubber particles comprises removing a dispersion medium from a dispersion or a slurry containing the silicone rubber particles A and the silicone rubber particles B having a smaller particle size than the silicone rubber particles A.
