Abstract:

To provide a composite laminate comprising upholstery/urethane foam/lining cloth used as the upholstery of the seat or the like of a car or a tram and hard to produce folded winkles even if curved so that the upholstery becomes inside.

In this composite skin material being the composite laminate comprising at least the upholstery, the urethane foam sheet and the lining cloth, the lining cloth is a warp knitted fabric characterized in that a finish wale number is W/inch=10-25 and a finish course number is C/inch=20-35. The yarn constituting the lining cloth is 15-40 decitex. The texture of the lining cloth is preferably set to a back half.
