Abstract:
To enhance a strength against a lateral pressure and a rail creepage force to screws embedded in the sleeper and further, increase a pulling resistance.
A flange 3 is integrally formed at the lower end of a screw 2 such as an embedding plug 2a having an internal thread 21 or an anchor bolt. The screw 2 is buried together with the flange 3 into the sleeper 1 and fixed thereto.
