Abstract:
To provide a soft magnetic powder material which achieves both the suppression in the reduction of a core loss and the deterioration of magnetic flux density, to provide a dust core.
In the composite soft magnetic material (3) comprising: a metal magnetic particle (1); and an insulating film (2) formed on the surface of the metal magnetic particle (1), the material further comprises an insulating film protective part (5) comprising metal oxide magnetic particles (4) formed at least at a part of the surface of the insulating film (2) and whose particle diameter is smaller than that of the metal magnetic particle. Also disclosed are a dust core using the same, and their production methods.
