Title:
COMPOSITE SOFT MAGNETIC MATERIAL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS5932107
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To enhance permeability and reduce magnetic loss through generation of magnetic anisotropy by constituting a magnetic material for high frequency magnetic core with a composite soft magnetic material which is obtained by binding a magnetically oriented soft magnetic material with a binding agent.

CONSTITUTION: A silicon steel having magnetic anisotropy is mixed in content of about 3% into soft magnetic material consisting of permalloy, sendust, permendur, iron-silicon-boron amorphous alloy having small coersive force and high saturated magnetic flux density. The mixture can take any of the grain, flake or filament shape in any desired dimensions. Then, resin such as nylon, polyethylene, polycarbonate, acryl, polyester or glass is combined in such amount of 1W 2%. Then, magnetic field is applied to such material in vertical to the pressing direction using non-magnetic dies. In this case, a pressing force is about 1ton/ cm2.
