PURPOSE: To listen to sounds pleasantly free from noises during traveling by providing a squawker and a tweeter on a voice axis of a woofer through fittings.

CONSTITUTION: A fitting 24 is jointed on the upper surface of a center pole 14 of a magnetic circuit 18 of a woofer 13. The fitting 24 is constituted in such a way that a column part 24a in the coaxial direction of the pole 14 can be formed into a solid construction with a fitting part 24d having two inclined faces 24b and 24c on the upper part of the column part 24a. A squawker 25 and a tweeter 26 are fitted on the moderate inclined face 24b and the sharp inclined face 24c, respectively. The composite-type speaker constituted in such a way is fitted on a rear tray 27 of an automobile. As a result, sounds will not be attenuated due to the directivity, and music can be listened to even in the noisy circumstance during traveling.
