Abstract:
To effectively improve impact resistant capacity in terms of a cost and weight by providing a spinner manufactured from a 3D orthogonal textile composite material.
The spinner 30 defines an almost conical shell integrally formed of plural shaft directional rib stiffening materials 44 and one or more circumferential directional rib stiffening materials 46. Torsional strength becomes fairly large by a combination of the integral rib stiffening materials and the 3D orthogonal textile composite material. Separation of a layer seen in a laminated composite spinner is eliminated by using the 3D orthogonal textile composite material.
