Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel pipe in which corrosion degradation of a steel pipe is solved, and a composite steel structure capable of performing FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) coating to the whole surface of a coupling.SOLUTION: An FRP coating material is improved to have heat resistance of 250°C, a packing is improved to having pressure resistance of 100 MPa, a steel pipe inner surface having no defect valve is subjected to coating formation, and a screw part is made into FRP. A high-temperature resistance resin having high elongation and corrosion resistance can be obtained by epoxy modification. A whole surface is subjected to FRP coating by high-pressure resistance of a fluorine packing due to surface reinforcement, inner surface lamination due to centrifugal molding, adhesion of a pin screw cap, and FRP high-pressure screw molding in a coupling.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
