Abstract:
To provide a heat transfer device which transfers heat more efficiently and more speedily.
A member 4 in needlepoint holder form is manufactured, by forming a plurality of needles 42 on one surface of a substrate 41. The substrate 41 is a single-crystal plate of Al2O3, and the needles 42 are made of zinc oxide (semiconductor). A metal plate 2 is made in contact with the extremity of the needles 42 of the member 4 in needlepoint holder form and fixed by conductive paste or the like. An electrode plate 3 is fixed on the backside of the substrate 41. The electrode plate 3 and a thin film 43 of zinc oxide, which is produced at the growth of the needles 42, are electrically connected positively.
