Abstract:

To provide a composite substrate capable of efficiently dissipating heat on a substrate in an electronic machine, excellent in effects of inhibiting noise and shielding electromagnetic waves, and hard to cause delamination of graphite even if the substrate is deflectively deformed.

The composite substrate consists of a substrate body, an insulation film covering the surface of the substrate body, and a wiring pattern formed on the insulation film, wherein the substrate body is made of an expanded graphite sheet or a graphite composite sheet including the expanded graphite sheet and a different material laminated.
