Abstract:

To provide a composite titanium material capable of keeping contact resistance low over a long time.

To a titanium substrate surface 4, Au is continuously fixed by diffusion and junction in a mesh-like form; a titanium oxide layer 3 is formed in a space between an Au mesh 5 and another Au mesh 5 of the mesh-like Au fixed to the titanium substrate surface; the width of the Au mesh 5 of the mesh-like Au is in a range of 0.300-10,000 nm at least in one part; and the thickness of the titanium oxide layer 3 formed in the space between the Au mesh 5 and the Au mesh 5 adjacent to it of the mesh-like Au is in the range of 30-150 nm.
