Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyimide resin composite tubular product which has an outstanding adhesive strength in the case that a polyimide layer is anchored to a metallic layer at a high temperature, even when being heated by an electromagnetic induction heat generation process, has a high durability when being rotated at a high-speed and can acquire a sufficient anchorage temperature as well as a manufacturing method for the composite tubular product. SOLUTION: The composite tubular product 10 is composed of a polyimide resin 1 as a base material and a powder metallic anchor layer 2 as an outer layer of the base material and further, a metallic thin film layer 3 for electromagnetic induction heat generation formed on the metallic anchor layer 2 with a mold release layer 4 of a fluororesin formed on the surface of the metallic thin film layer 3. It is preferable to form an oxidation-resistant metallic film layer 5 on the surface of the metallic thin film layer 3 for electromagnetic induction heat generation. The manufacturing method comprises the steps to cast a polyimide precursor solution onto the outer surface of a core or molding the polyimide tubular product and deposit a metallic powder to the outer surface of the cast polyimide precursor moldings prior to conversion to an imide to obtain the metallic anchor layer 2 and form the metallic thin film layer 3 for electromagnetic induction heat generation on the surface of the metallic anchor layer 2 after conversion to the imide.
