Abstract:
To provide a combined uroflowmeter which enables easy measurement of a urine flow and a urinary salt concentration.SOLUTION: There is provided a combined uroflowmeter which is provided with a urine collection portion 2 which collects excreted urine and a pipe conduit body 4 which includes a urine flow channel 3 through which the urine collected by the urine collection portion 2 flows, the urine flow channel 3 of the pipe conduit body 4 being brought into communication with the urine collection portion 2. A urine flow detection sensor 6 with a waterwheel 7 is provided in the pipe conduit body 4. The urine flow detection sensor is for real-time detection of a flow of the urine introduced from the urine collection portion 2 into the pipe conduit body 4 and flowing through the urine flow channel 3. The pipe conduit body 4 has a recess 13 which is formed at a site on a downstream side, in the flow of the urine, of a placement position of the urine flow detection sensor 6 and in which part of the urine flowing through the pipe conduit body 4 is accumulated. A urinary salt concentration detection sensor for detection of a concentration of salt in the urine accumulated in the recess 13 is provided in the recess 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
