Abstract:
PURPOSE:To eliminate the trouble due to the overpay or underpay of the repay amount by displaying the total repay amount at the total amount display part with push of the repay button after reading all voting slips of the voters and then inhibiting the insertion of the next voter's slip unless the erasion button in pushed. CONSTITUTION:The insertion of voting slip 8 is detected at voting slip insertion detection part 4, and insertion slit shutter 5 is opened by the logic product output of AND gate 15 to allow the insertion of slip 8. Then slip 8 of a voter is read fully, and the contents of the slip are displayed at slip contents display part 1 with every slip 8. And in the case of the winning slip, the repay amount is memorized in total amount memory circuit 3 to totalize the amount with every slip 8. With push of repay button 6 under these conditions, FF11 is set to clear display part 1 and also display the contents of the total amount of circuit 3 at total amount display part 2. At the same time, shutter 5 is closed to block the insertion of the other slips. After this, erasion button 7 is pushed when the repay is over. and then the display at display part 2 is cleared.
