Abstract:
PURPOSE: To stably obtain a pulsative voltage detected in a coil even in variation of the wire diameter of a magnetic wire rod by heat treatment.
CONSTITUTION: In a composite wire rod 6, material whose outer peripheral part is softer than the core part is used. In time of wire drawing by a die, the outer peripheral part is easier to work than the inner part. Consequently, the Barkhausen effect generated by wire drawing of the composite material 6 through the die after the composite material is annealed reduces the variation of the pulsative voltage induced in the coil.
