To provide a composite wood structural member or the like having a higher burning stop function.
The composite wood structural member has a load support layer formed of wood to support load; a burning stop layer provided on the outside of the load support layer; and a burning allowance layer provided on the outside of the burning stop layer, having a predetermined burning allowance thickness, and having reinforcing members arranged at the corner parts of a rectangle in point contact or in non-contact with the burning stop layer and formed of a high heat capacity material, a heat insulating material having heat insulating property while being an incombustible material, fire retarded wood or wood higher in thermal inertia than the wood of the burning allowance layer.
