PURPOSE: To contrive shortening of an operating time, improvement of operativity and simplification of mechanical installation by coaxially arranging a boring tool and a honing grindstone on a working head, and making the working head common use for the boring work and honing work.
CONSTITUTION: The working head 11 is coupled with a bar member 9 at the top which is a honing grinstone 13 supported by a grindstone shoe 12 and a boring tool 15 fitted on a tool cartridge 14. An end opening face of a spline shaft 5 which is spline-fitted 10 to the member 9 on the outside is made a tapered face 5a opened forwardly, the tip of the member 9 is formed in tapered projection 9a, the both 5a, 9a are taper-fitted with each other at the rearward limit and the taper-fitting 10 is released at the progress of the member 9 to enable the member to be separated from the shaft 5 and to be advanced. Thus, the improvement of operativity and the simplification of the mechanical installation are contrived.
