Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide composite working equipment for a steel pipe which is compact and easily movable, and capable of performing not only the flaring of the steel pipe but also the grinding of a flared surface, the grooving and the lining peeling, and a working method therefor.
SOLUTION: A main spindle 121 is rotatably fitted to slide frame 141 slidable to a common frame 103, and a second working head 124 is fitted to a flange part at a tip of the main spindle 121. A sub spindle 131 is slidably fitted in the main spindle 121 so as to realize the same rotation as that of the main spindle, and a first working head 134 is fitted to a fitting base 132 at a tip thereof. The first working head 134 expands the tip part of a steel pipe 110 held by a steel pipe holder 102 to the first position by the rotation and the longitudinal movement of the main spindle 121 and the longitudinal movement of the sub spindle 131 to the main spindle 121, and the second working head 124 expands the steel pipe to a predetermined flanging position to perform the flaring.
