Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide composite working equipment for a steel pipe and working method therefor, small and easy to move, and capable of not only working a flare of the steel pipe but also forming a branch pipe and outer threading.
SOLUTION: The composite working equipment is provided with a rotery frame 123 capable of rotating and advancing/retreating together with a main spindle 121, a first working head 132 provided on a slide unit 122 of the rotary frame 123 and expanding the ends of the steel pipe to the first position of the intermediate position of flanging, and a second working head 142 provided on the rotary frame 123 and press-deforming the ends of the steel pipe expanded to the first position to a prescribed flanging position, wherein the first working head 132 is of a freely rotatable cylindrical roller-shape and can be rotated toward the outside with a prescribed position as a rotation center, and the second working head 142 is disposed in the direction orthogonal to the main spindle and of the freely rotatable cylindrical roller-shape, and capable of deforming the expanded portion to the prescribed position by pressing the end of the steel pipe 100 by the outer face of a roller.
