To provide a composite working tool constituting the composite working tool so as to be replaceable with an automatic tool without becoming expensive more than a conventional tool, and developed for both an exclusive machine tool and a machining center for further enhancing working accuracy by individually controlling a valve seat and a valve guide.

The composite working tool 100 is a tool body 31 joined to a main spindle by a separation means CO by inserting a tool connecting part 31A into a main spindle holding part (a tapered hole) 30A on the tip of the main spindle 30 of the machine tool (the machining center), and has a chuck means C for installing a reamer 40 on the tip of an inner peripheral cylinder 37 inserted into an intermediate cylinder 35, connecting a cutting edge (a cutting tool) B to the tip side of the intermediate cylinder 35, rotatably and axially movably arranging the intermediate cylinder and the inner peripheral cylinder in an outer peripheral cylinder around the axis L, and for installing the reamer 40.
