The composite yarn constituted of multifilaments is composed of a flat cross-section multifilament (A) having <30% water swelling degree, 3.0-10.0 dtex single fiber fineness and 2.0-4.0 flat degree of single fiber cross section and a flat cross-section multifilament (B) having 1.0-3.0 dtex single fiber fineness, recessed single fiber cross section and 2.0-4.0 flat degree of single fiber cross section and ≥1.3 circumference ratio (Lr) of single fiber. The composite yarn constituted of multifilaments has a structure in which the multifilament (B) forms a sheath part by formation of loops and the multifilament (A) forms a core part.
