To provide a complex having excellent toughness.SOLUTION: A complex has a base material containing a first polymer that is a (meth)acrylic polymer, and a bottle brush polymer dispersed in the base material. The bottle brush polymer has a main chain, and a polymer chain bound to the main chain.
