Abstract:
To provide a composition for activation of CPT (carnitine palmitoyltransferase) with high safety and obtain an excellent diet effect.
The composition for activation of CPT comprises a caffeoylquinic acid as a component (A), wherein the component (A) comprises at least one of neochlorogenic acid and feruloylquinic acid as component (a). Alternatively, according to another example, the composition comprises extract of defatted coffee raw bean by a polar solvent as an active component.
