This antistatic coating composition includes an electroconductive polymer (A) comprising a specific polycationic polythiophene and a polyanion, a binder resin (B), a crosslinking agent (C), a polyvinyl alcohol-based resin (D), a compound (E) having an amide group or hydroxy group in the molecule and 1-4C monohydric alcohol (F), where the binder resin (B) has a functional group, and the crosslinking agent (C) has a functional group reactive with the functional group of the binder resin (B).
