Abstract:
To provide a composition which can be co-administered with cisplatin.
The composition for administration to patients with cancer consists of 2,2'-dithio-bis(ethanesulfonate) or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt is in lyophilized form, and has a pH value within 1.5 to 9 when reprepared to be an aqueous solution or a sterile injectable aqueous solution.
