Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a composition for coating floor face having excellent resistance to oils and solvents and early-strengthening property.
CONSTITUTION: This composition for coating floor face is mainly composed of a synthetic resin emulsion derived from α-type hemihydrate gypsum, cement and an anionic copolymer obtained by copolymerization of an ethylenic unsaturated monomer, in a weight ratio of (the α-type hemihydrate gypsum/the cement) of (80020)-(95/5) and a solid weight of the synthetic resin emulsion based on 100 pts. wt. of the mixture of the α-type hemihydrate gypsum of 15-35 pts.wt. The anionic copolymer contains at least one monomer unit selected from the group of an ethylenic unsaturated carboxylic acid, an ethylenic unsaturated sulfonic acid and an ethylenic unsaturated phosphonic acid, and the copolymer contains an ethylenic unsaturated monomer having at least an organic silicon group, or the synthetic resin emulsion contains epoxysilane.
