Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition which is capable of forming a film excellent in water repellency and water slipping property and is soluble in an incombustible solvent, and to provide a coating liquid and an article using the composition.SOLUTION: The composition contains: a copolymer (I) which contains: a unit (a) having a side group containing a perfluoroalkyl group and a unit (b) having a side group containing a hydrophilic group; copolymer (I) in which the molar ratio of the unit (a) to the unit (b) is 40/60-97/3; and a compound (II) containing a polyether polyol structure. The content of the compound (II) is 0.5-40 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of the copolymer (I).SELECTED DRAWING: None
