Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition for a coating material, excellent in weather resistance and curable at normal temperature.
SOLUTION: This composition for a coating material comprises a fluoroolelin copolymer containing essential constituent monomers in amounts based on the total amount thereof of (a) 5-70mol% fluoroolefin, (b) 20-80mol% alkyl (meth)acrylate and (c) 1-20mol% organosilicon compound having an olefinic unsaturated bond and a hydrolyzable group and a curing accelerator.
