Abstract:

To provide a simple technique for producing a formed preparation such as tablet and troche quickly disintegrating in the mouth or in an aqueous solvent while keeping the conveniently portable hardness.

The compression molded preparation quickly disintegrating with a small amount of water is produced by the compression molding of a compression-molding composition containing a sugar coated with a metasilicate aluminate and a composition containing a physiologically active substance and a sugar coated with a metasilicate aluminate.
