To provide a new family of s-triazine derivative of formula (I), comprising two substituents selected from a protected p-aminobenzalmalonate group and p-aminobenzalamide group, and one aminobenzoate substituent or aminobenzamide substituent, practically improving photochemical stability (or light stability) of a dibenzoylmethane derivative type UV-A screening agent and, thereby, improving protection in the region of UV-A light of a sunlight-resisting composition containing UV-A screening agent of this type.
The composition containing a combination of a dibenzoylmethane derivative type UV-A screening agent and s-triazine of specific formula (I) having two protected p-aminobenzalmalonate group and one p-aminobenzoate group, especially a cosmetic composition for topical use is provided.
