PURPOSE: The titled composition capable of rewriting with aqueous ink, having improved drying properties of halograph, and improved water resistance of film of coating itself, comprising white pigment, an organic solvent, a resin soluble in the organic solvent, and a resin which is insoluble in the organic solvent, whose aqueous solution shows acidity.

CONSTITUTION: White pigment (various titanium oxide such as rutile type, anatase type, etc.) and an organic solvent (e.g., toluene, xylene, n-octane, etc.) are blended with preferably 5W30wt% based on dried weight of film of oating of a resin (e.g., acrylic resin, alkyd resin, etc.) soluble in the organic solvent, and preferably 2W50wt% based on the white pigment of a resin which is insoluble in the solvent, whose aqueous solution shows acidity, to give main components, which are used to give the aimed composition.
