Abstract:
To provide a composition capable of making a cured product having excellent low dielectric characteristics.SOLUTION: A composition includes: an olefin-aromatic vinyl compound-aromatic polyene copolymer; and a polar monomer, where the value in a measured frequency range of 27-42GHz of a dielectric constant of a cured product of the composition found by a resonator method is 2.7 or less, the value in a measured frequency range of 27-42GHz of a dielectric tangent of a cured product of the composition found by a resonator method is 1.5×10-3 or less, and the CTE (coefficient of linear thermal expansion) of the composition found on the basis of a JPCA standard "electronic circuit board standard third edition" Clause 16 "material standard for print circuit board" is 130 ppm/K or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None
