To obtain a composition for direct tabletting containing a pharmaceutically active component or a novel granulation preparation method for a supplement agent for direct tabletting.

The composition for direct tabletting is prepared by heating a mixture using (A) about 5 to 99 wt.% one or ≥1 kind of dilute shaping agent and/or about 0 to 99% pharmaceutically active component, (B) about 1 to 99 wt.% binder, and if necessary, (C) 0 to about 10 wt.% of the whole of a part of disintegrators under conditions including about 0.1 to 20% initial moisture and/or about 0.1 to 20% organic solvent pharmaceutically permitted up to a temperature range from about 30 to about 130°C, rolling and rotating the mixture in a hermetic system and forming granules while mixing the same, and a thermally tacky adhesive granulation method for the supplement agent is also provided.
