CONSTITUTION: A binder comprising polyphosphazene [e.g. a compd. of formula (90% of R are phenyl groups and 10% thereof are o-allylphenyl groups) with a mol.wt. of 1,200,000] which is pref. a crosslinkable or vulcanizable high mol.wt. polyphosphazene, is incorporated.
