Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition which forms fluorescent membrane, free from ill effect of the contained photosensitive groups on a fluorescent body since the groups have low ionicity.
SOLUTION: Steps (1) and (2): On a glass-made base board 1, a transparent anode plate conductive bodies 3 are formed. Steps (3) and (4): Subsequently, a precoat layer 4 and a G-fluorescent body layer 5 consisting of a G-slurry solution are laminated on the base board 1. The G slurry solution is composed of a styrylpyridium photosensitive resin having a photosensitive group of an internal salt structure and a ZnGa2O4: Mn fluorescent body emitting green color. Steps (5) and (6): A pattern is formed by using a mask 8, and then the layers are exposed to light and treated for development. Step (7): The glass base is burned to obtain the specified pattern G. The photosensitive groups of the styrylpyridium photosensitive resin contained in the slurry solution have inner salt structures and are ionically stabilized. Therefore, it gives ionically no ill effect on the ZnGa2O4: Mn fluorescent body which is unstable against an acidic material, the light generation effect which is characteristic to the fluorescent body is not decreased, and the obtained fluorescent membrane emits light of high luminescence by electron beams accelerated under the electric voltage of 0.1-2.0kV.
