Abstract:
To obtain a composition containing a mixture of various live symbiotic bacteria capable of performing actions important and useful for the health of humans by making the bacteria in an actively grown state reach the intestines, colonizing the bacteria in bacterial florae and growing the bacteria.
This composition for a food comprises a freeze-dried live bacterial mixture containing at least two bacteria selected from Bifidobacterium breve, Bifodobacterium infantis, Bifidobacterium longum and Bifidobacterium bifidum, at least two bacteria selected from Lactobacillus acidophilus, Streptococcus thermophilus, Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Streptococcus faecium and one or more oligosaccharides.
