Abstract:

To provide an effective method for producing borazine-diamine-based polymer thin film showing an excellent thermal stability and useful as a heat resistant coating material, insulation film, transparent film, etc.

This thin film of the borazine-diamine-based polymer is produced simply and safely by applying solution containing the reaction product of the borazines having at least 2 B-H bonds with the diamines having at least 2 amino groups on a substrate plate.
