To provide a composition which is excellent in adhesion to a substrate, heat resistance, solvent resistance, and capability for controlling an uneven shape and can easily form a film used as a light-diffusing reflective film of a reflective-type or translucent-type liquid crystal display element; a light- diffusing reflective film formed therefrom; and a liquid crystal display element having the light-diffusing reflective film.

This composition contains [A] a copolymer of (a1) an unsaturated carboxylic acid and/or an unsaturated carboxylic anhydride, (a2) an epoxidized unsaturated compound, and (a3) other olefinic unsaturated compound and [B], a 1,2-quinone diazide compound. The light-diffusing reflective film is formed from the composition. The liquid crystal display element has the light-diffusing reflective film.
