This composition contains a base fiber, a rubber component, rubber compounding agents, an inorganic filler, and a friction modifier. The inorganic filler contains 2-15 wt.%, based on the entire composition, inorganic particles having a Mohs hardness of at least 5 and a particle diameter of 1-150 μm.
