Abstract:
To provide a composition capable of exhibiting its physiological active functions while minimizing content of a component derived from Antrodia camphorata.SOLUTION: An exemplary composition of the present invention has an alcohol metabolism promotion effect. The composition contains a component derived from Antrodia camphorata (for example Antrodia camphorata mycelium extract), L-cystine and oligochitosan as active components. By containing L-cystine and oligochitosan in addition to the component derived from Antrodia camphorata, content of the component derived from Antrodia camphorata is minimized, and the alcohol metabolism promotion effect can be exhibited. Since thereby flavor specific to the Antrodia camphorata component is suppressed, it can be suitably used as a containing component for food such as beverage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
