Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition capable of decreasing or removing the effects of irritant ingredients for dermatosis by adding a substance P antagonist to a topical application pharmaceutical composition containing a substance having an iorritant side effect. SOLUTION: This composition is obtained by adding a substance P antagonist preferably in an amount of 0.0001-0.1 wt.% based on the total weight of the composition to a topical application pharmaceutical composition containing a substance having an irritant side effect (e.g. a retinoid used as an acne medicine, salicylic acid used as a psoriasis medicine) in a medium. The substance P antagonist is preferably sendide of the formula as a peptide, a quinuclidine derivative, an alkoxy and/or aryloxytetrazolylbenzofuran-carboxamide an ethylenediamine derivative, etc.
