Abstract:

To allow make-up powder to take an aqueous phase thereinto.

This make-up and/or make-up care composition in a powder form comprising a powder phase and a specific binder, such as a free, compact, compressed or cast powder form, characterized in that the binder is a composition containing an aqueous continuous phase. Thereby, the composition which contains a pigment in a smaller amount than that of a composition of conventional technology and can simultaneously give the same coloration intensity can be prepared. Simultaneously, a composition which uses a pigment in the same amount as that of a composition of conventional technology and more brilliantly, strongly and easily has the color can be obtained by using the binder according to the present invention.
