Abstract:
To provide a composition for massaging scalp, enabling to smoothly and effectively massage the scalp, and to provide a means for more improving the effect of the massage with the composition.
This composition for massaging the scalp comprises the following components (1) and (2); (1) polyethylene glycol having an average mol.wt. of 500,000 (hereinafter referred to as high mol.wt. PEG), and (2) a carboxyvinyl polymer and/or a xanthan gum, and the method for beautifying scalp and hair comprises coating water-wetted scalp and hair with the composition, massaging the scalp, and then washing the scalp and the hair.
