Abstract:
To provide a method for treating a patient having cancer by administering a composition including a CAR T-cell and a small molecule connected to a targeting moiety by a linker to a patient, and a composition to be used for the method.SOLUTION: A method for treating cancer includes: i) a step of administering a compound or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof to a patient, in which the compound includes a small molecule ligand connected to a targeting moiety by a linker; ii) a step of administering a CAR T-cell composition including a first CAR T-cell to the patient, in which the CAR T-cell includes CAR oriented toward a targeting moiety; and iii) a step of administering a CAR T-cell composition including a second CAR T-cell to the patient, in which the CAR T-cell includes CAR oriented toward a targeting moiety.SELECTED DRAWING: None
