Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition containing a bacterium invasion promotor for sensitizing a bacterium to an antibacterial agent and a medicine for inhibiting antibacterial agent resistant, and a method.SOLUTION: A step of specifying a bacterium and an antibacterial agent resistant profile of the bacterium, and adjusting a method for the specifying can be included. An invasion promotor to be provided is cyclic poly monoguanide/polyguanidine, polybiguanide, and is preferably illustratively polyhexamethylene biguanide (PHMB) and polyhexamethylene guanide (PHMG). In a composition, a pharmaceutical composition/formulation and a method for medical usage thereof, an exemplary medicine which inhibits antibacterial agent resistant is a medicine which binds to an antibacterial agent resistant determination factor such as beta-lactamase, PBP2a, NDM-1, and Vim2, and inhibits the antibacterial agent resistant determination factor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
