Abstract:

To provide an oligonucleotide set for amplifying the target sequences existing in nucleic acids derived from Mycoplasma.

In the oligonucleotide set for amplifying the target sequences existing in the nucleic acids derived from Mycoplasma under the amplification conditions, the fist oligonucleotide with 40 base length (it contains the first target binding region having at least 80% homologous base sequence to the base sequence selected from the group of specific sequences), and the second oligonucleotide to the 40 base length (it contain the second target binding region having at least 80% homologous base sequence to the base sequence selected from the group of specific sequences).
