Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition comprising a solid crystal with a predetermined crystalline structure that is easy to handle and excellent in semiconductor characteristics.SOLUTION: Provided is a composition comprising a solid crystal containing 2 kinds of cation of cation A and cation B, and an anion B and in which 10 mol% or more and 90 mol% or less of the cation is the cation A, 10 mol% or more and 90 mol% or less of the cation is the cation B, and 40 mol% or more and 100 mol% or less of the anion is Group 17 element anion, and in which the solid crystal has a concentration gradient within therein and the cation A and the cation B are present at different crystal sites within the solid crystal, and the solid crystal has an octahedral structure due to the 6 coordination of cation B to the anion, and has a crystal structure in which at least any one of the octahedral structures shares vertices.SELECTED DRAWING: None
