To provide a body weight managing composition facilitating totally good health and being effective for controlling body weight gain and/or enhancing body weight loss, in a therapy of body weight excess and obesity, which is admixed with a liquid or a solid food for use.
A body weight managing composition comprises 1 to 6 grams per person of calcium admixed in the form of a milk mineral mixture and a protein compound admixed in the form of a milk-derived protein product, a whey-derived protein product, a soybean-derived protein product or a combination thereof. The milk mineral mixture comprises 50 to 90 wt.% of inorganic substances in total. The milk mineral comprises 0 to 15 wt.% of Mg, 7 to 15 wt.% of P, 0 to 5 wt.% of K, 0 to 1 wt.% of Zn and 0 to 15 wt.% of lactose. The protein compound comprises 106-169 κ-casein fragments.
