Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reproducibly form an uniform molding regardless of the shape or size of a raw material or molding.
CONSTITUTION: A composition for press molding is used at the time of forming the molding by press casting a slurried raw material powder into a porous die and is obtained by adding at least a plasticity imparting agent into the raw material powder. The molding is formed by forming a slurry by dispersing the composition for molding containing the plasticity imparting agent in a dispersion medium and after that, press casting the slurry into the porous die having the cavity of the desired shape.
